“My primary focus is to provide a blueprint for every athlete I work with to successfully become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves through the relentless pursuit of strength.

Since the age of fifteen, I’ve always had a barbell in my hand. During football we were required to lift weights year-round (summer, in-season, winter, spring) so I found myself in the weight room at an early age. During the early days, my older brother taught me how to lift, thus playing the biggest role in me developing my love for the gym. He taught me the importance of mental toughness and hard work, which helped me achieve goals both on and off the field. I was an undersized athlete that had no business playing half the sports I did (football, lacrosse, wrestling, and track) but always performed to the best of my abilities and found success based on those key principles I learned from him.

When I stopped playing sports after high school all my attention went to the gym. My focus was always on improving myself both mentally and physically through exercise. During my college days, I became a personal trainer and worked at my local YMCA for five years. I worked with many general population clients that wanted to get in shape. During that time, I made many mistakes and learned many lessons from working with in-person clients. I eventually discovered powerlifting while working at the gym and entered my first meet in 2018.

After competing for the first time, I immediately fell in love with the sport and became obsessed with getting stronger. Since then, I have competed in six meets, one being Raw Nationals in 2019. Through the years I have coached numerous athletes competing in multiple powerlifting federations including the USAPL, USPA, and WRPF respectively. I believe powerlifting is an extension of one’s health and wellness and should be a positive force in their life. I love working with athletes that want to give it their all and improve themselves on and off the platform.”
